I had the most wonderful first experience at J Nail & Spa! I walked in hoping to get a pedicure, and from the moment I stepped through the door, I was welcomed with the warmest smile. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, and they were able to squeeze me in for a 4 PM appointment without hesitation — which I truly appreciated! The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. The elegant hanging chandeliers and the lush, therapeutic plants throughout the front lobby create such a peaceful, inviting vibe. You instantly feel like you’ve stepped into a little oasis. The pedicure chair was beyond comfortable — a soothing massage chair paired with a light-up foot jacuzzi pool 🥰 — such a luxurious touch! Walked in Thursday evening around 5pm and they were able to take me right away. I got a gel manicure and Mariela did a fantastic job! She was very thorough and my nails look amazing. Will definitely be going back!

Walked in during a Friday mid afternoon with out an appointment and was able to be seen right then. I had Tina as my nail tech. She was super quick and nice. I got just a regular manicure, and so far 4 days out is still holding up really well. Everyone there was super kind, and the place felt very clean.

Been going to this nail salon for many years and it’s been great. Both the owner and the manager are always presenting and making sure customers are happy. Giving them a four because the waxing services. They need a bit of improvement on the thoroughness and attention to detail.

Everyone at the salon was very nice and welcoming, but I did want to share some feedback about communication. I called before booking and asked several times if they offered hard gel, since regular gel doesn’t work for me. On the phone (and again in person) I was told their gel would be strong enough and my nails wouldn’t bend, so I went ahead with the appointment. At no point was I told directly that they do not offer hard gel. After my service, I realized it was in fact just regular gel, and the explanation was that my nails would grow healthier and stronger over time—which wasn’t what I was asking. I completely respect that the salon chooses not to use hard gel in order to promote natural nail health, but clearer communication would have saved some frustration. A simple, straightforwar
