I had a great massage with Jennifer today! She employed a variety of techniques to help loosen and relax my stressed and tight muscles. She was never too light handed, and was able to provide the right strength my muscles needed, without it becoming painful. She helped me figure out why certain muscles were sore, and was very very knowledgeable about human musculature. She even told me a few stretches that could help improve my gait, and help keep my legs from turning. She can identify spots that need further treatment with chiropracty, and helped my body become much more relaxed and mobile. If you're worried about being tickled- as someone with very ticklish feet- She applied the perfect amount of pressure to avoid becoming ticklish.
