Sorry but it was actually a horrible experience. I was nearby so I decided to check it out...big mistake. the elder lady was rude, made my finger bleed and then when I pointed it out, she took her squeeze bottle and DOUSED my entire hand in alcohol and made my entire hand burn. She didn’t know how to do french tip, My nails were done very messily, she was rude when I politely mentioned things I didn't like. Unsanitary practices, Don't go here lol

I called and scheduled for design nails with molly..instead I get someone eles that didn’t no how to do design.and charger me $95..

They used to be good. The services are not upto the mark. They don’t greet you well. They didn’t even remind me to turn on the pedicure massage chair. Staff is busy talking to each other and never bothered about customer’s concern. No soft music is played. They used to be my fav place for nail art and pedicure. But no more. I was asking the lady who was doing my manicure to do my nails almond shape. Rather than focusing on that she was asking me to get acrylic nails done.

Love the work done by Bella..she is amazing and takes her time. And she always give suggestions if good or bad. I'd give her 10 stars if I could.

First of all, they didnt start doing my nails until an hour after my scheduled appointment. I requested matte nails, and one hand was matte and the other was glossy. They put a gem on for free, but they used too much glue so it looks cheap. A few of my nails were uneven and lopsided. The people were decent, but I wouldn't go back.
