J & J Barber Shop

Just called, these guys don't have a sense of customer service. Called to ask for their hair cut rates and they said they don't give out that info over the phone, and before I can even ask for their hair products guy immediately tells me they're done for the day yet the schedule posted online says otherwise. Lousy phone etiquette and lousy customer service, I guess they'll stick to tricking their clients to getting a hair cut first at high prices for a lousy cut....

Like having a megaphone next to ears. It takes seconds to sweep off chair, use the broom, and brush cutting supplies. It wasn't busy, however, none of these acts happened. This maybe fine to boast about and feel like a push against local politicians' selfish gains but this place is unbelievably expensive. Travel around to neighboring streets and you could find clean, non-disrespectful, and faster professionals with more to do and less to gossip with friends who call and NEED to talk the barber with a dirty razor playing around.

Horrible hood barbershop, you trying to get a decease come here. So dirty, never saw him switch the blade when he was going to line me up. Hair bunnies everywhere, no attention to detail, dude in the back has a heavy as hand and you'll be leaving with neck burns & cuts.

Got a medium low fade and was charged $30. It wasn’t even faded well. He started with a low fade and I kept telling him to go higher. I had better cuts for $12
