Terrible experience here! My nails lasted a few hours before they started chipping. I was told by an employee there that the regular manicure i was doing wouldn’t last long AFTER I had already began the process. He said I’d have to wear gloves. What????Needless to say, when I paint them by myself at home they often last a couple of weeks without chipping. They kept trying to push gel on my nails when I specifically said I didn’t want gel. When I called the next day and explained my issue: I was told on the phone to come in and that they’d be fixed. I don’t recommend, the lady that was there asked me if I wanted long or short I said short and they proceeded to paint my nails. When I said I wanted acrylic she lost and said I had to pay for both since she already started painting. I still got my nails done but it was very hostile. They ended up charging me 85 for something that would have been 40 max anywhere else. Not only that it was my first and the nails don’t look good, I ask for french tip square nails why is it round. Very unsatisfied. I’ll never go back there again!

My stylist was Amy, and she did absolutely amazing! Very conversational and sweet. I haven’t had the best nail salon experiences in the past, so I was nervous as I was getting these done for my senior prom. But she did absolutely phenomenal. Perfect length, shape, color, and the design is so precise! Not to mention how affordable all this was. The rest of the staff was also very polite and even though they weren’t my stylist, I’d be comfortable and happy with any of them. I definitely recommend this cute little salon! Thank you for such an awesome service!!

Came in for a fill in. The lady linh was very rude and unprofessional. All my nails are badly shape and she refuse to do what i asked for. After telling her i didn’t like my nails she proceeded to ask me why and still ignore doing what i asked her to do. Not only that she drop the brush she was using on the floor picked it up and continue to work on my head after that she drop the buffer cube on the floor picked that up and continue to work like it never happened. I went in with nice nails left with the same thing i had but extremely worst. Never again!!!! UPDATED!!! To retract my previous review I went back the next day told them how unsatisfied I was Not only did Amy understand she also fixed my nails. I absolutely love my nails now. She definitely just got a loyal customer!!!

J-A nails is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to. I was first referred to them by a friend to get my nails done for my engagement, and they turned out SO well! It was just a gel manicure and it lasted 4 weeks. They are clean, efficient, and so kind. I am definitely now referring everyone I know to go here as well!
