I’ve seen haven 3x already and each time she’s left my hair prefect ! She always explains everything so nice before doing anything to my hair. I went to this salon last year for a balayage and a bang trim based on a friend’s recommendation, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. I didn’t realize how much it mattered which stylist you get, and I was assigned to the youngest stylist there (around 18–19 yo). She was sweet, but clearly very inexperienced. She cut my bangs unevenly on both sides and, even after I pointed it out, she wasn’t able to fix them. They kept getting shorter and I eventually had to ask her to stop. I tried to stay positive because I was excited for the balayage, but that ended up being an even bigger issue. She didn’t get the warm brown color I asked for, but since my hair looked nice temporarily after she curled it, I didn’t complain in the moment. About a month later, the real problem

My stylist, Taedyn, always does a phenomenal job. Each time I return, my hair turns out exactly how I envision it. She always sees the vision! Not only is Taedyn an outstanding stylist, but she is also the sweetest girl and will make sure your service is comfortable and enjoyable.

Shelby's the best! This salon is a great location, cute vibe, good coffee, and nice selection of products at the front. I've seen Shelby over the past couple years for haircuts and hair color and she does a great job. I appreciate her attention to detail, willingness to customize the experience based on my hair type, and wanting to understand my goals. She's a great listener and I'd recommend her!

LOVE LOVE LOVE the hairman!! I always go to Hayley and she never misses! My hair is healthy and exactly like the inspo pic every time! I definitely recommend the hairman and especially Hayley!!
