J & A Nails Salon

I’ve been going to J&A for 2 years now. I love it! Everyone is amazing, Kathy (the owner) does my brows, and Kim does my nails, we have such a great time! Wonderful service and great people.

I was very disappointed after I got my nails done, they had already looked grown out the same day I got them done, my cuticles literally got shaved down by the electric file and I got knicked a few times. Other people I know who have gone there also expressed how their cuticles were cut too short or were in pain. Not going again, I was very disappointed since it was for my prom.

I went and did gel both hand and feet 2 weeks ago paid 98 dollars for everything gel polish, went back today to fill,cut down a little on my hands I ask first what the cost,the lady say 35 ok.i went to do my feet I ask how much and if I get my 2 big toes done in acrylic how much the lady says 40 something.Tell me when I got done and was paying she says by refill was 50 and my foot was 52. THE WOMAN AT THE FRONT JUST AS YOU GO IN THE SHOP YOU HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE,YOU NEED SOME HOME TRAINING ON MANNERS.SHE WENT ON TO SAY I CANT COME EVERYTIME AND EXPECT TO PAY THE SAME MONEY.MONEY IS NOT THE ISSUE IT HOW THE PERSONS WHO EXTUALLY GAVE ME A PRICE THEN YOU TELLING ME ANOTHER PRICE AND YOU BEHAVING AS IF AM NOT TO TALK.SAME GEL POLISH USED.THEN SHE SAYS 5 DOLLAR TO CUT DOWN THE NAILS SO WHY

A friend of mine referred me to Jay and a nails in Inver Grove Heights. I don’t think I will ever go anywhere else! The manicurists were very gentle and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. Kim did a beautiful job on my nails that were in need of repair. I don’t remember the woman’s name that did my pedicure, but she made my toes sparkle!! Thank you, thank you J&A Nails for pampering me and not even realizing I needed it!!

Go see Emma, and she will brighten your day! I got a mani pedi, and she was very clear about the pricing and then worked her magic! Thank you again!
