Ivy's Lash & Nail Bar of Sherman

Needless to say I am disappointed. I came in with an appointment for a soak off & builder gel. I let the nail tech Theia know that I had smashed my pinky nail & it is very sore & will probably break off from the drill. When she started drilling off my nail, it caught the bottom & broke my nail ( no my nail was NOT broke underneath the dip ). My pinky nail was now bleeding, half missing , cut my cuticle, and it a lot of pain. She did put a fake nail tip on top of my pinkie nail. At this point I was done & very mad but I was hoping she would redeem herself but that didn’t happen. My gel polish is uneven on the sides & looks messy, I have pieces of lint stuck in the gel polish that she didn’t bother to fix it. The burning sensation from the uv light pen on the builder gel was unbearable. I c

I have been to many different nail salons because I haven’t found one that I’ve genuinely wanted to stay at, and this is the first nail salon that I can say with all confidence that I will be staying at. Ivy was the one who did my nails and she did such a great job!

I love Ivy’s!!! Traci has done my nails since the start. She’s wonderful. I always receive compliments. Love chatting w/ Nathan. Thanks for always taking great care.

Nancy and Theia are the absolute best! I use Nancy every single pedicure that I get. She goes absolutely above and beyond and is so sweet and friendly. Theia goes above and beyond as well to make sure I am happy with my nails every time. Nathan at the front Works very hard to make sure everyone is happy and attended to, and as always so sweet and friendly when we come through the door. I have been looking for a nail spot like this for a while, and I’m extremely happy with the services I receive here.

I’ve been coming here for over a year! Everybody is so nice and welcoming. I go here to get my lashes done and Beckie always does an amazing job. And it’s fairly priced in my opinion! I got my nails done today and it they did my mani and pedi at the same time which I love. Nathan makes a point to come around and talk to everybody. It’s very personable. 😊 I got my lashes done, and a mani/pedi for $189!! Very reasonable in my opinion.
