IV Nails And Spa

As a business you would think they’d want returning customers. Went in with my friend to get pedicures and manicures, left disappointed and not because of the nails itself but because of how rude they were. First off I requested the “supreme service” where you pay additional for certain add-ons. They did about 2 seconds of those add ons to each of us. I requested a little more of foot scrub and they immediately start making remarks in an aggravating manner. I understand if I was being rude but I simply requested what I was paying for because they “didn’t” do it. I was looking at the colors to paint my nails. Lady kept trying to up charge for gel but I don’t really use gel on my toes, so I denied. Earlier in the service, lady said if I get gel I’d be able to get the color I wanted with t

Pedicure was fantastic. It's the manicure that's the problem. The more I look at my acrylics, the more I hate them. The guy didn't clean up my cuticles, the acrylics aren't straight, and they're already lifting only a couple hours after getting them done. They just look terrible 😕

Very bad experience, the color is not uniform at all! They feel rough and lumpy! I won't be back.

I am giving them 2 Stars only because they did at least care for my nail bed properly and because the pedicure was okay. But worst acrylics I have ever had, the nail tech had no idea what he was doing, it was supposed to be pink nails with white tip, and I can barely see the white tip he did not know how to combine the clear and pink acrylic powder for the look and the finish is inconsistent through out. Plus there are parts of the nails with little to zero acrylic on them and others with way to much, and the thickness throughout is inconsistent as well. He also used to much glue and it is still stuck on my fingers, although I’ve been trying to wash it off. I will never go back to them. Plus I asked him to fix and even out the thickness and he did not, he attempted to but couldn’t figure
