Great service! I walked in with no appointment and they took me right away. I got an eyebrow wax and it turned out amazing. All of the staff were very friendly

I WOULD NOT recommend Tammy B! She was very nasty to my mother and myself. (On several occasions) Even when she totally messed up my mother's hair cut! Tammy cut it VERY noticeably uneven. I recommend going to Grayce Chapman Salon or someplace else before going back to Tammy B.

My hair was long and touching my butt before I came in for layers and a trim. I went in asking for 6/8 inches off and I was very clear about the style that I wanted and reiterated what I was looking for multiple times. My hair is now above my bra line and it is going to take a long time to grow back to the length I asked for. Because of getting layers I did not see how short it was in the back until I got home. When I called and spoke to the hairdresser she insincerely apologized.

Marie did a excellent job on my hair she did everything I wanted done with out me asking her or telling her, I will be going back to her all the time now!!!

I have been coming to see Tammy Arthur’s since 1997!! I live in Irondequoit and have no issue driving to a great experience every time!
