Issa Nail Spa

I have been coming to this nail salon and seeing Amy for months. I was very happy every time unfortunately this last time that I went my nails split horribly. I had to get nails fixed within that same week and still they would split and get ruined. I would stop by the store and she would just stick nail glue under my nail so that the nail would stay together. I went today for a service and she said that she would be unable to do a new full set I can only get a fill because my nails were too weak. My nails were never weak in the past and the whole reason of getting builder gel is supposedly so that your nail is strong and doesn’t weaken your natural nail. Absolute waste of money and time. I called a day ahead to make an appointment for 6:30pm, was asked if I can come earlier so I left work early and arrived no later than 6:10pm. I walked in to one open chair, told Amy I had an appointment and everyone looked confused and unwelcoming. She then called someone from the back and I was seated. I showed a photo of what I wanted and was quoted a higher amount than originally given over the phone the previous day. My old gel x set was removed and the woman began applying the Apres nails but they looked weird and I expressed my concern. She then went to another location for a more fitting set of nails and began again around 7:20pm. I continued to express concerns because the application seemed off. Amy then finished with her customer and took over.

Blush chrome nails done by Amy and I absolutely love it. I showed her what I wanted and she immediately got the vision. Amy was extremely patient and attentive to details. Service was the best I’ve gotten. Would definitely come back and 10/10 recommend this place. Love my nails!!

I came here for the first time today after looking for a good nail salon in the area for the past few months. Amy did my gel-x manicure and was such a perfectionist! They look amazing. I will definitely come back next time. *edit*: it’s been 1 MONTH and my nails are still in tact!!!

I called for a same day appointment with Amy, I arrived on time for the best manicure I have received in the U.S. My nails were highly damaged and they look pristine now.
