Issa Nail Salon & Spa

I never went to a nail salon but after trying to find a good podiatrist and being unsuccessful, I decided to visit one of the many Issa Nail Salon & Spa’s that’s in my neighborhood. I went in snd was surprised that it only cost $48 for a pedicure. ( and that was for nothing feet!). However, after I sat down in one of their very comfortable chairs, I decided to go for the pedicure & spa treatment for $75! This was a brilliant move since I received the most extraordinary foot massage and treatment that included removing old skin, waxing and doing things to my toes and legs that has not only invigorated me but made my feet look years younger!

Me and my friend went here for a pedicure and as soon as we walked n the door we began to expierence micro aggression immediately. They began speaking in their language … and looking at us when we took off our shoes . At first we ignored thinking @ must not be real “ but boy was I wrong . If you are a white women or man … you might have a great experience …. If you’re black or Hispanic … the experience will be different … believe me. Before you pass this review do a deep dive yourself and you will see the positive reviews are from white people and negative reviews are from black or Hispanic people… this is not a coincidence . The foot massage was a rip off I was getting burnt by the steamer and the massage kept hurting my bones … they were massaging my bone and not muscle. That’s not even

They are not great with nails. I asked for coffin shape and this is what I got. They left my cuticles pretty bad as well. It appeared that the nail tech had no idea what she was doing. Although I didn’t like what she did, I still tipped her. She was rude about that as well. I had a terrible experience and I don’t recommend coming here. I paid $78 for this set and I am truly disappointed.

Please don’t waste your time or money. Easily THE WORST pedicure I’ve ever had. And the staff were rude as well. TERRIBLE l

I been going to this place to get pedicure and manicure for 10yrs easily!! Yesterday had the worst discrimination problem at the shop by workers and management. Went to pay for my manicure with slightly torn $20 bill with both serial numbers on it and they threw it back to me and said no good! And was adamant about be to give them the $50 bill i had in my hand. Meanwhile the Caucasian lady next to me didn't have money to pay and they said just come back tomorrow.
