Isabel's Beauty Salon

Well, long ago Isabel's Salon might have had good customer service/attention. However, the last time I went I was squeezed in between several customers despite having made an appointment with Isabel. My hair color was over processed (about 1/2 hour too long) under the hair dryer. I could feel my scalp burning and all I could do was glare at Isabel as she chatted and cut a man's hair for that half hour. Needless to say, my hair is now so damaged; it is dry like straw and breaks off at the slightest touch. I will have to have several inches cut off and am walking around with all this gray around my new growth and unable to color my hair because it is too damaged. I will never ever go to Isabel's again and if you care about the quality of your hair, neither should you.

She did a wonderful job and took her time to make sure I was comfortable. My hair looks absolutely beautiful, I am in love with it! I am so pleased with the results.
