I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. Tina rushed through painting my toes, and my French tip came out uneven and did not match across my toes. When I pointed this out, she argued with me instead of listening, insisting I had already said I liked it. In reality, she had only asked about one toe and never painted the others the same way. She dismissed my concerns and tried to move me quickly into the manicure I had also requested. At that point, I declined because I was no longer willing to spend more money. Only then did she bother to fix my toes—and even offered me a free bag of chips, which felt unprofessional and dismissive. If I could put no stars, I would I felt very rushed also as if the nail technician did what she wanted to my nails nothing like I asked, for she was very rude and unprofessional. I am so unsatisfied and disappointed with the outcome of my nails I do not recommend and will actually refer people away from iron gate nail and spa before I ever refer them there absolutely the worst nail visit and experience of my life. I explained to her what I did not like and she refused to fix it. It’s crazy after spending that much money to be so disappointed with my nails and have to go get them redone somewhere else anybody who is thinking about going there DONT YOU WILL NOT GET THE RESULTS YOU HOPED FOR NOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY THAT A NAIL SALON SHOULD PROVIDE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE QUALITY WO

Very very very unprofessional! She did my nails completely wrong and rushed I told her I was unpleased she become aggressive I gave her 4 attempts to fix it before I told her to just take it off and I’ll go else where ! She tried to charge me for the tips that she snatched off my fingers leaving my nail beds very damaged ! All because I wasn’t pleased with her work (shaping ) bc we didn’t even get to the acrylic part yet ! I left and as I was leaving she was pointing and putting her thumb down so I decided to leave a review bc she’s so unprofessional she tried to call me broke .. here’s a pic off the $$ I had on me when I walked in

A few months ago I did a pedicure I don't do my hands but I decided to get them done since the lady was doing a good job with the pedicure another client came and did my nails in 20 minutes. The French looked awful I went to a trip the next day like that. Today I decided to get a pedicure since I was waiting for my car to be done (at serenity auto) she did an awful job I had some gel from previous pedicure she didn't remove it and left a lot on my nails I told her to remove it she started to say stuff I didn't understand and removed partially de gel left then she proceeded to do the nails I still can't believe she did it like that will attach pictures.
