Booked an appointment on line 3 days ago. Drove from largo. Got there 30 mins early. Waited 15 mins after my appointment and still didn't get called. Jaden wasn't even in today!!!!! Not the smartest business plan. Waist of 45 mins plus my gas back and forth from largo. Total BS lost a new customer

Been there many times over the years. Gave benefit of doubt. Arrived at 4:32pm and waited 40 minutes with 9 empty chairs and one stylist. Greeted me with “do you want a haircut?” I said of course. Sat in chair waiting for 40 minutes and then when excepted next had the audacity to say it will be another 40 minutes. I lost it and he even said I want respect. The owner should fire him on spot and have ample staff. He could have not wasted my time with no one in the store.
