By far, the best salon experience I've had since moving to Colorado. I'm very grateful to have found Heidy. She's a master at her craft, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to look their best!

I went in Tuesday 11th and my experience there was terrible. Even after explaining to them I had bleached my own hair 3 times this last summer they proceed with saying they could do highlights. They left the bleach on for about 1 hr and 15 min to me this was too much and knew it was going to fry my hair. Exactly what happened. the worse part is from the beginning I told them I also wanted a haircut just enough to trim my split ends but they said the haircut would come after the color in case they had to cut any damaged hair from the bleach. The color I asked for was nothing what I got. I still have some orange pieces from the bleach the color is in between red and brownish. The haircut is so bad I tried going to Floyd's and they said they wont touch it because they don't even know how the

Heidi cuts and colors my hair . She always does such a great job. I won't let any one else touch my hair..

I went to get my hair cut . First of all . It was too short and not what i asked for . I asked for it all even . One big chunk was so much shorter . One side was longer than the other and i called and said what they could do . The lady just laughed . Not planning on going back . It made me really mad and im going to get it fixed somewhere else ..

I got a balayage and cut and it turned out amazing! Would recommend for anyone:)
