Intentional Moments Spa & Wellness Lounge

Such a great experience at Intentional Moments Spa and Lounge! The space is gorgeous and relaxing, and I loved that a robe and slippers were waiting for me when I arrived. The snacks and tea in the lounge were a nice touch too. The owner was so kind and even answered my call to book after closing time. Dylan gave me an amazing massage, and Valentina was super sweet and really listened to my skin concerns. The whole team was professional and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back!

Top-notch experience from the moment you walk into the door. The beautiful interior, tranquil ambiance, and professionalism of the staff are unmatched. I booked the Deep Rest Wrap with Dylan, and in sum, it was incredible! I have not had a male masseuse before, and Dylan made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He applied the perfect amount of pressure to relieve my "high-tension" areas (e.g., shoulders, neck, hamstrings). I was in town for a wedding, and Dylan went above and beyond to provide a curated list of local places to check out. The next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely book another service with Intentional Moments!

This place is just wonderful. When you walk in, you feel the stress melt away. The vibe is calm, and the relaxation room, where you wait on your therapist in your warm, fluffy robe, has snacks, tea, and water. I have seen Cenir a few times, and this therapist is exceptional. Both kindness and deep attentiveness are brought to every session. I feel heard and that the approach is tailored to my needs with care. Her work is consistently outstanding, not just relaxing in the moment, but genuinely restorative. I always leave feeling lighter, better aligned, and renewed when I leave.
