I'm never going back to this place. I got my nails done on Friday, and they only lasted two days before they started chipping and peeling. I messaged them on Facebook, and they just ignored me. Then I decided to go in person before leaving a bad review. When I arrived, they told me they were going to touch up the color, that everything seemed fine. Then the girl doing my nails started saying it wasn't her fault how they looked, and I got upset. I always get my nails done elsewhere, and this has never happened to me before. I do housework and always try to protect my nails with gloves, and they usually last up to four weeks. Absolutely amazing!!!! The team was so efficient but not rushed! Their goal was to get me out in a timely manner but the whole time I enjoyed the pampering. They actually listened to my request and showed me what they was doing before continuing!!! Absolutely remarkable

I visited this location for a manicure and pedicure. While the pedicure was pleasant, my experience with the nails was disappointing. I was specifically asked if I wanted gel, and I clearly said no due to past issues with chipping. Despite this, the technician still applied gel without my consent…I literally expressed how uncomfortable that made me feel but I was ignored. Additionally, my nails were left longer than I requested. When I asked for them to be shortened, I was told that shaping would make them shorter, which unfortunately was not the case. As a police officer I’m now having to cut them down and file them myself. I haven't had my nails done in a long time. My daughter was home from college and so we went together. I asked for a beautiful blue snow like color as seen in the photos. Then they proceeded to do a green base! Green! As you can see not at all like the color I requested! When she asked me "look good,right?" I said, "it's not blue like this" and proceeded to show her the samples. She then puts the color on her nail and says, "see, too clear". Then why the hell not put a light blue or teal underneath? My pedicure was supposed to be the same....again wrong color. I attempted to correct her during the process to get it fixed and I was brushed off! Im done with this place!

Outstanding services! We moved to the area in January and found this amazing location! The staff are all extremely friendly and do a fantastic job!
