The best structural integration work! I've been seeing Kat for a few years now off and on and every single appointment has gotten me improved to mobility and less pain. Combining rolfing with my regular chiropractic adjustments has improved my posture, reduced my migraines, and even improves the effectiveness of my adjustments. With my body properly aligned, and the muscles and tendons and ligaments and fascia released and balanced, lifting weights is easier, dancing is easier, picking up my kid is easier, life is just more comfortable. I cannot think thank Kat enough for all the good work she's done for me!

Katherine does an amazing job! First of all, the atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing. Katherine diffuses essential oils and plays soothing music as she works. I love that she uses a heated pad on her table for comfort and relaxation. She listened to my needs and studied my body stance and gait to know what to work on, and she was spot on. The pain I was having was much, much better after my first visit and almost gone by the third visit. I would highly recommend Katherine Davis and her Rolfing practice!

Kat has improved my daughter’s scoliosis and kyphosis to the point that surgery is longer recommended. She has systematically undone all of the structural issues that she has. She works with her where she is each time and my daughter sees improvement with every session - improvement that sticks. I have also seen so many benefits from Kat’s work. She undid months of neck pain and headaches in one session. Can’t recommend her enough for anything you have going on. She will find it and fix it!
