This is the worst set of nails I’ve ever gotten. Prior to coming here, I spoke to someone on the phone and specifically asked for someone who can do nail designs. When I got there, the girl who was supposed to do my nails, the one who knew how to do designs, basically just told me she’s not gonna do them and they made someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing, do my nails instead. I showed them the design and they told me “they can’t do designs” and “don’t have any charms” so why did the girl over the phone tell me there was someone who could? What kind of nail salon doesn’t have charms? They tell me this AFTER already getting started on my nails so I couldn’t even walk out and go somewhere else. I went in thinking I would be done in thirty minutes ended up staying longer. Not in a bad way. I kept changing my mind about color and nobody rushed me. That alone made me relax. The whole time felt easy. Nails look neat and wearable. It has been a few days now and nothing chipped even after cooking and cleaning. That matters to me more than fancy designs.

Jan and Kay are the best! I have gone several other places and been disappointed but never here at Instyle. Even when I dislike something they are quick to change it and make it just how I want it. I won’t go anywhere else to get my nails done. And I am picky!!
