iNStyle Nails and Spa

I stopped getting acrylics done because every time was told my nails were too strong and that they wouldn’t last. Ever since I started coming to this place Nayeli has been the one doing my nails and never fails me on my expectations. I love the patience and charisma she has with her clients, just makes me want to keep coming back. Although..I don’t even have to go very often because my nails last me a pretty good while which is surprising because they’ve never lasted me this long before EVER. I will continue coming here and enjoying the convos I have with the girls. They’re the best and truly make you feel welcome.

I came in on August 24 because I needed a fill and color. My gel was chipping when I went to get my nails done 2 weeks ago, which I was happy that my nails lasted so long. When I came in to get my nails done the second time on Thursday August 24 my nails looked fantastic and pretty so it is Sunday August 27 my gel acrylic nails are already chipping it looks really terrible. I was disappointed in that. I was looking forward to keeping my nails chip free for at least a week. Another thing is when I went to pay the lady asked me if I had cash tip I asked if I can put it on my card and she sounded snippy with me when I wanted to put it on my card so I wasn't happy with that nail tech lady. All the other employees were very nice but just that one employee wasn't great to me.

Owner/ Manager was very rude when she found out I had a Groupon.and I had to make sure she discussed it out loud in front of the whole nail salon instead of just coming up to me. The nail technician was very nice and very good at her job ,but when another customer came in after me the owner/manager told my technician to stop doing my nails so she can get the other lady started. Because she was in a hurry ! First and last time there.. will not recommended with Groupon!

The nail tech cut my cuticles (which most salons dont even do anymore if you get acrylic) they were bleeding and swollen for hours after my appt. I was worried about getting an infection but luckily I didnt. My nail tech was clearly inexperienced... I would never come back here even if u paid me

The place is nice and clean but they did a terrible job, the girl had no idea on what she was doing. I don’t understand why they claimed they can do certain styles nails when they don’t even know how to file your nails. I left very disappointed. Also they were very unprofessional :(
