Inspire Salon & Day Spa

I have been there twice. once to have some acrylic nails taken off, they were great. They took me in right away. And then, second to have a pedicure, great people, super sweetie atmosphere, highly recommend

The biggest rip off. My husband and I went to Inspire separately and both got manicures and pedicures. My manicure was decent. However we both had similarly bad experiences with pedicures from 2 separate women. They do not take off the dead cuticle or clean under your toes. Every salon ive ever been to did that. Also she painted and cured gel polish on my skin. The gel wasnt filed to smooth side either . We feel scammed.

From the moment I sat in the chair, I knew I was in good hands. The stylist was the most beautiful soul—kind, patient, and genuinely listened to everything I shared about my hair, my struggles, and what I was hoping for. She didn’t rush a thing and made me feel completely seen and heard. The end result? Absolutely beautiful. I walked out feeling more confident than I’ve felt in a long time. The facial was incredible and the massage was good. However, the mani/pedi was the worst I have ever had. Mostly because of the poor quality of polish the techs had to use. The polish was so thick the tech couldn't get good, smooth coverage and they were out of the thinner. (Owner/manager not ordering necessary supplies?) When checking out I showed the person at the desk, (I think she was either the owner or manager), the horrible manicure and pedicure I had received and she agreed that it was bad but she still charged me full price without even considering making up for it. I still tipped the nail tech because she did try hard to work with what she had. I question the management of this establishment but the facial was awesome.

Super disappointing experience! Made the appointment 3 days prior for gel mani & pedi, when I showed up today they took me back, and the lady gave me some colors to choose from. One of the prepainted choices was for a sparkly cat eye, I held it up and asked if she could do this. The nail tech sheepishly said she had only been working there for 3 days and she really didn't do nails she does hair and wasn't comfortable doing anything except painting them. I asked if I could have a different nail tech as I had left work for this special Mother's Day treat but she said there wasn't anyone else there to do my nails. I expressed disappointment as again, I had made this appointment days prior and nothing was said at that time that I couldn't have any nail art, cat eye, or design. The front desk r
