Had a wonderful facial experience with SARA including dermaplaning and a jelly mask to hydrate my tired looking skin. Sara, explained the treatment thoroughly while gently removing unwanted facial hair and exfoliating my skin then expertly applying a mask which provided optimal moisturizer to my thirsty skin. With her skill the result was nothing but spectacular. I definitely will be back.

I had a waterless pedicure and manicure with Madison at inSPA in Woodinville, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. My nails look amazing — the shaping is clean, the polish is flawless, and the color selection and application were spot-on. Madison is exactly what you hope for in a nail tech: skilled, detail-oriented, and thoughtful about her technique. She explained what she was doing when it was helpful, worked efficiently without feeling rushed, and clearly takes pride in her work. She also struck the perfect balance with conversation — warm and friendly, but never chatty or distracting. If you’re looking for someone who is kind, professional, and truly good at what she does, I highly recommend booking with Madison. I’ll definitely be back.

The treatment was good but not great. I was 7 minutes late (admittedly), and the entire time I felt like the aesthetician was rushed. We were done in one hour. It was a one hour long treatment. She was friendly but not overly so. It was just ok. She used some products which had a strong scent that I didn't like and found to be overwhelming. The strong smelling products were applied right at the end of my appointment, so I didn't really have a chance to mention it. I think it was just a bit off and the aesthetician seemed uninterested in having my appointment. My hope is that she was just having an off day. I'd go back again to the location.

I’ve been seeing Jenny for lash extensions at InSpa Woodinville since early 2025, and she is truly the best I’ve ever had. Her attention to detail, consistency, and skill are unmatched. My lashes always look full, soft, and beautifully shaped, and they last longer than any other set I’ve had before. What makes Jenny special isn’t just the quality of her work. She is kind, genuine, and creates a space where you feel comfortable and cared for. She listens and remembers the little things, and every appointment feels both relaxing and uplifting. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. I also want to give a shout-out to Donna! I saw her while Jenny was on vacation and she did an amazing job as well. She is gentle, thorough, and very talented. InSpa Woodinville has a great team.

I love everything about this location! The peaceful ambience encourages me to leave my phone out of sight and after a few minutes I can feel myself relax. Madison has become my favorite person there. She’s friendly, soft-spoken, and a gentle soul. My best pedicures have been by Madison.
