Inside The Nail Bar llc

My appointment was at 12:30 with Jakayla. I got there on time and was greeted by someone who told me she would be just a few minutes and to have a seat. Jakayla was sitting 2 seats over and never greeted me. I sat there for a hour and waited and still nothing so I finally left and had to find someone else the next day to do my nails . At 2:47 she texted me apologizing and said she was running behind. It would have been greatly appreciated and more professional to text me AHEAD of time especially if you’re just starting someone else’s nails at my appointment time instead of letting me sit there an entire hour without saying anything to me ! As I had other things to do that day as well .

Nails were bleeding and bendy and bumpy. She didn’t do the luminary process right by flipping the nail upside down she just put it on like it was polish and put it in the lamp. She also shaped the nails very poorly I asked for almond and they were just a strange lumpy shape. Customer service was also horrible she barely spoke to me and at one point took a call, and at another point left me to “soak” for 30 minutes. Would have given a zero star review if I could.

I love getting my nails done at Inside The Nail Bar! Nicki is amazing and creative. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing! I get constant compliments on my nails.

I recently visited Inside The Nail Bar Nail Bar and had a fantastic experience. The salon itself is clean, well-organized, and has a relaxing ambiance that made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive to detail. I opted for a gel x set. Nicki took great care in her work. She listened to my preferences and provided helpful suggestions for colors and designs. The quality of the products used was excellent, and my nails looked flawless and lasted for weeks without chipping. What impressed me the most was the level of customer service. Everyone was super nice…. But the price and services rendered did not match. My nail tech just wasn’t experienced enough. My nails were lumpy thick(dip)and the glitter was Crunchy/scratchy(hard to tell in photo)on top of my nail. I left and immediately went to get my nails fixed. I feel so strange leaving a bad review for such nice ppl.
