I had an amazing experience at Innova Wellness Spa, and I can’t recommend my esthetician Julissa enough. This was my first time ever getting a professional facial, and she truly went above and beyond to make it a great experience. She took her time, explained every step of the process, and made sure I understood what she was doing and why. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products she used and had thoughtful, thorough answers to all of my questions. Julissa made it a priority to ensure I was comfortable and well-informed the entire time, which made me feel confident and at ease. Great spa; had Botox injections and you couldn't even tell where I had them, I had no bruising whatsoever and I barely felt the needle! Already see great results. Highly recommend. I saw Kerith and she was exceptional!

It’s been three months since my first visit and I have appt next week ( maybe). IF I decide to go, hoping my Botox lasts a bit longer?!? 40units/ $500 and I’ve always had a FROZEN forehead. NOT here!! The Botox I received lasted 6 weeks. I even let her talk me into more than I usually get! I’ve been getting Botox from Dr. Poser in Gville for 10 yrs ( he’s retired now ) and it’s always hurt, sometimes swelling and bleeding at needle site, but that wasn’t the case here?!? I mentioned to P.A. “how I didn’t feel anything” and she took that as a compliment. Either it didn’t get into muscle or the Botox was old!!! -P.A. Did call me 5 days after first visit to see how Botox looked. I said “it looked fine”. Realizing now; that’s b/c forehead was still a little frozen from Dr Poser three months
