Kai is an amazing massage therapist! So knowledgeable about bodies and different ways to make them feel better. I love that they are able to listen to how I'm feeling and figure out not only the right massage techniques to use but also if any additional tools would be helpful (like hot stones) or if there is anything I can do at home to keep aches and pains from reoccurring.

I have been going to Kai for massage for a few years now and they have helped educate me with different stretches and work to do between sessions. They listen and respond to my needs during sessions and are incredibly professional. I recommend them at the highest level.
