I had a truly terrible experience here with the hairstylist named Emma. I've been coloring my own hair for over five years, but I decided to see a professional to help me transition back to my natural color before my wedding. My hair was already a very light level 10 blonde, with about an inch of root growth. During the consultation, I emphasized that I didn't want my hair dyed any darker than my natural roots – that's why I sought professional help in the first place. Unfortunately, the results speak for themselves. The dark blonde was my reference photo, and the chocolate red is what I walked out with. I’ll also add the hairdresser made it seem as if it was somehow my fault for the results or as if I knew my hair was going to be reddish brown when I left. I am absolutely devastated, with

I had been going to Bob for acrylic fill and polish. He does do very good work. What I did not like is that twice when I was scheduled to see him, he had Anna do my nails instead. She is new and I feel she is still learning and I had to ask her to redo this and that. When I schedule with a specific person I expect that person to do my nails. Since this happened twice, I will not go back there. I can't count on seeing Bob and I don't want to pay someone who does a mediocre job.

My daughter and I did a pedicure together. We had a great experience. Bob and mimi were great. The massage chair was comfy and relaxing. We will be coming back

Bob does an awesome job. No matter how bad my nails may look when I walk in, they always look great when I leave. I’ve even gotten compliments on them from total strangers. Thanks Bob!!

Ashley is the BEST beautician EVER!!!! She always goes above and beyond! Doesn’t push anything on her clients! Been going to her for 6 years and she has always exceeded my expectations! The atmosphere is beautiful very calm. Kids welcomed. And a wonderful line of hair products for all your needs! Wonderful staff. Highly recommend Ashley and the rest of Inizio Salon and Spa!!
