Asked for a specific color for my hair. Picked it off a hair color sample and showed a photo. The girl decided i wouldn't like what I picked and without discussing with me, made my hair a completely different color. Not what I wanted. Probably won't be back.

I can’t say enough kind words about my hairstylist, Katrina! She was the perfect stylist for my bridal up-do! She was extremely patient and understanding with me as I figured out what style I would like and as I had her change little pieces of my up-do to make sure I was 100% happy with the look! (If it’s your wedding day, make sure you LOVE your hair!) She couldn’t have done my hair any better, it stayed flawless throughout the entire day and a night full of dancing! I would highly recommend Katrina for any services! She is very professional and so kind!

I was scheduled for an appointment with Amy and Joanna called me informing me that Amy was no longer with them. I was rescheduled with Joanna. I wanted a two tone color, dark at the top and lighter shade at the bottom. Due to the cut, I had she said that it wouldn’t come out the same as the picture I showed her. So, we discussed and decided on something else. I had a backup picture which was basically a highlight/lowlight mixed throughout, and I explained I wanted the lighter shade around the face. I should have said something at the time. It wasn’t even close to the picture we agreed on. However, it looked better than what it did so I just went with it. Talented but entitled artist from my experience, booked over social media with a recommended tech, regretted it immediately. Long story short they have a cancellation fee! I wasn’t made aware of that until I far to cancel, was told $25 on the phone, and then $37 over text with the tech. When I told her she should make new clients aware of their salons policy’s, and apologized for wasting time, I was greeted with no apology or emotion toward never being notified of this policy, nor is it listed anywhere on her account. I was planning to pay the late fee until the snobby and entitled response I got to my message. Was planning to reschedule due to it being my fault but after that it’s seeming I dodged a bullet! Steer clear!
