I used ear seeds for a several months, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! The experience has been incredibly calming and has significantly helped me manage stress and anxiety. Anita explained what she was doing as she applied the seeds, and my daughter got to watch and help! I love that they provide continuous acupressure throughout the day.
