I am a relatively new client to Industry. I was referred to Gianna and her incredible team by so many friends. They were not wrong. Industry already feels like I’m meeting with a group of friends. The atmosphere here is so welcoming. The skill and talent among the entire staff, you cannot go wrong sitting is any chair. There is never a wait. Industry salon is the best salon in red bank and honestly that I’ve ever been to. Every hairdresser is highly skilled & it comes from the top ! Gianna knows how to provide excellent customer service & top notch training to the entire salon. They have gave me the hair of my dreams. Blonde is not easy to achieve or maintain but they give me a flawless result each time !! I also have been having my extensions done with them for a few years now. I'm extremely particular and anxious about my hair after getting traumatized by past stylists who cut it way too short, over-bleached it, and left it damaged. Let me tell you -- Giana is the only one who’s been able to restore my trust! I travel two hours from Manhattan every two months just to see her and her wonderful team.
