Industrious

Overall working at Industrious is nice. The offices are lit with plenty of daylight. Snacks are a nice perk. Neighbors are great. Access is easy. The one issue that makes working here very uncomfortable is the temperature. I've never worked in an office that keeps the temperature at 67-69 degrees. It's just to cold. The systems are old and it feels like a big waste of resources. I've requested help with this many times to no avail. Maybe the systems just can't be fixed.

Update - everyone that made this place great is gone. Lowering from 5 stars. It was a good run. Original - The absolute best part of Industrious PDX are their staff. Jamie and Renata are *so* nice and *so* welcoming. You can wander in off the street any time just to say hi, and they'll make time for you. Having toured half of the shared work spaces on the west side, I really fell in love with the modern-chic, well-lighted, high end feel of Industrious. Also the space, the amount of it, generally way more. If you have visitors or clients, they're going to love coming here. Even when it's busy it doesn't tend to feel crowded. Great coworking space. The employees were helpful and kind. Coffee was good. Views were great. Office spaces are pretty spacious and so are the meeting rooms. Very cozy seating in the main space. Felt like a living room.

Our second Portland location, for a second year of co-working with Industrious. The amenities help with routine and productivity. I have reconnected with peers from long ago, and look forward to making new connections.

Industrious in PDX is amazing. When we first started looking for office space we were going to do a custom build out. We only looked at Industrious to compare general pricing with our custom build out options. Having worked in a WeWork before and knowing others there we really had no interest in a "shared" work space. However, we were so blown away by it we decided to stop on the custom office solution and go to Industrious. Industrious isn't like WeWork. Take all the worst things from WeWork and Industrious did the opposite. Internet is secured, fast, and they have documentation on this you can provide to regulators if you're in a regulated industry like us (finance). It's quiet and private and plenty of spaces to meet. I've never once had to scramble and find a room and couldn't find on
