The Industrious Pasarroyo Office exceeds every and all expectations one could have for not only a co working space, but for a supportive and encouraging community. I am a law student and was in need of a private quiet office to take exams and participate in my remote zoom classes, but was also an open space where I could spread out and do work. Industrious Pasarroyo IS PERFECT for both!!! With a beautiful view of Pasadena, and centrally located to amazing lunch spots like lemonade and sugar fish, you truly cant beat it. Michelle and Maddie, who run the space, are so accommodating and kind-always making sure the space is stocked with the best snacks and drinks. I highly recommend any working professional or student try out Industrious Pasarroyo!!!

I’ve been a member for over 3 years now, and in my opinion it has gotten progressively worse. 1) The women’s restrooms are horrible. Members will now leave toilets unflushed after use. It always smells of #2, & some have even left #1, #2, #3 & footprints on the floors and toilet seats. 2) The food is sparse & unvaried. Despite being closer to full capacity, portions have shrunk, & staff will do weird things to 'control it' like hiding the large plates during snack times. 3) Poor upkeep -- the printer being out of ink/paper/toner is common. 70% of the time I have to use a USB to print b/c the driver is inconsistent. The trash lid in the kitchen has been gone for over a week, & the bathroom sink often is out of order again. 4) Members have gotten sketch. One time, I came back to my table

Given the current circumstances with COVID-19, my WFH situation has been a bit hectic. As a full-time software engineer and part-time student, I seriously need a place that I can rely on to stay focused. I am happy to say that I have found that place at Industrious Pasarroyo! Michelle, Maddie, and Alex have gone above and beyond to ensure that I feel comfortable and safe in my space. The entire team on-site has been attentive and is always eager to assist. Aside from that, this location offers a lot of different amenities such as daily breakfast and snacks, a fully-stocked fridge, beautiful common areas, swanky meeting rooms, and individual call boxes - that's just the surface too! Used to work out of a WeWork for years. I’m happy to have made the switch. LOVE Industrious. They are professional, have many events, a big snack selection, clean countertops (and utensils, dishes, glasses, etc), quiet booths, and plenty of open space to work from. I don’t have an office there but they look nice too.

If I could give a 100 stars I totally would. Michelle, the office manager, has been incredible. She was always knowledgeable and answering all of our questions. She never made me feel like I was bothering her any time I needed to follow up. We are so incredibly happy with our office space and the amenities that this location offer. She was truly a Godsend. The office is incredible but the customer service here is A-1.
