Hi! I made a lot of fuzz because I wanted a room with a board but not too much lighting and they were able to accommodate without a problem. I highly recommend this coworking space. Accommodations are fantastic, there’s everything you need, coffee and snacks included. There’s puzzles and books for extra. Location is right by the beach. Extra: the customer service is unmatched. I am writing this to warn anyone considering a lease with Industrious. My 12-month lease concluded on November 30, 2025. Despite being a model tenant who always paid on time, I am now being billed for December and January. When I reached out, I was told the lease "automatically renewed" because I didn't provide 60 days' notice. This predatory clause was never highlighted during the signing process, nor did the management provide any courtesy reminders as the date approached. It is clear that Industrious relies on these unethical "trap" clauses to bolster their revenue at the expense of their members. Furthermore, their communication is nonexistent. I requested a call a week ago to resolve this, and they have completely ignored me. This is the behavior of a desperate company that prioritize

I truly enjoy this Industrious location. The space is modern, comfortable, and has a lively yet professional atmosphere. It’s a place where I can be productive, feel motivated, and genuinely enjoy my workday. Definitely one of my favorite workspaces.

A beautiful space with stunning, day-dream worthy views! The staff are lovely and make you feel right at home (special thanks to Kourtnie and Tom). The mural by the floating staircase was painted by a local artist, fitting for being in the Art District!

Great co-working space in the heart of Wynwood. Beautiful and clean interiors with great office options. The staff is friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares – Ricardo in particular is great and consistently goes above and beyond to offer the best client experience.
