Industrious

I have a private office at Industrious, and my experience has been wonderful. Nataly and Rachel go above and beyond for the tenants. They are always in a bright and cheery mood when they greet everyone, truly bringing energy to the space. The environment wouldn’t be the same without them. The space itself is great. It’s a bit of a labyrinth at first, but I enjoy discovering hidden corners while walking throughout. The only downside, or a positive depending on how you see it, is the building security. They are quite strict about entering the building. It’s excellent for security purposes but can be a bit of a hassle when I need to bring in guests. However, this has nothing to do with Industrious, so I can’t dock any points for this.

Autumn & Natalie were great, and treated us in a super warm and friendly fashion. The kitchen was always stocked with snacks and beverages, and they even hosted a happy hour for the entire floor! The vibes were as if you worked in your own full-company floor, and I’m envious of those that get to come in each day. I’ve been to 4 industrious locations to-date, and this was by far the best experience had. Maybe I even move to Jersey City - being a remote employee makes going into Industrious as the most refreshing work experience imaginable. 5/5 stars would recommend (thanks Natalie & Autumn!)

We have a private office in this location. Our experience has been nothing but amazing. Nataly and Autumn go above and beyond to make sure everyone is well taken care of. Breakfast, snack, happy hour and unlimited coffee are provided with the membership, which we love. At this point, I basically live in Newport Tower between work and the Fitness Factory downstairs, so I'm fortunate it's such a great place to be. As for Industrious, the flexibility of being able to work or meet out of any location is amazing, so we often work out of many of the NYC locations too. Each location has a consistent brand, but with a little flair/unique aspect to each. Big thanks to the team here for making it such a great experience so far!

I’ve been having an amazing work experience here. Everyone is very respectful of one another’s space. There are many private offices available for meetings. They consistently serve breakfast and have an abundant amount of coffee. There are bathroom located all throughout. The staff is extremely helpful is all aspects. Highly recommend working here

The support team does an incredible job of fostering a comfortable and welcoming environment. Nataly and Autumn are constantly going above and beyond to ensure that everyone's needs are met, and to make working at Industrious an enjoyable experience. There's a great community that has begun to form, and it's all thanks to their fantastic efforts. We so appreciate everything they do!
