Natalie is truly incredible. I brought my teen daughter to her, and I can honestly say this is the healthiest her hair has ever been. Natalie is extremely knowledgeable about hair health and took the time to assess my daughter’s hair before doing anything. She explained every step, created a personalized hair care regimen for her to follow at home, and made sure everything was done safely and correctly. She customized my daughter’s color specifically to complement her complexion and features, and the result was beyond flattering, natural, beautiful, and age-appropriate. Natalie is a fantastic hairstylist. She told me exactly what would look good for my face and body shape & what would look good with my skin tone. Her priority is clearly hair health. Plus, she is always so bubbly & every conversation with her is a blast, which is just such a great energy during my appointments with her. I love her so much. I go to college & always get so many compliments on my hair. She also gives amazing spray tans that feel so comfortable & fade so naturally. She’s always up to date with the latest trends. I definitely recommend !!

I recently had my hair cut and colored (July 8th 2025) You can see in the pictures what my hair looked like prior to my visit. I asked for a cut/color that I have previously had from a different salon in Utah. I provided pictures which you can see in my review. $300.00 later my hair is a disaster. The color is basically non existent and the 3 inch trim and shaping I requested turned in to a 6 inch chop. Everyone knows it will take two years for my hair to return to original length and color. I am so disappointed and sad. I sent the salon an email regarding the situation and have not received a response. Obviously they don’t care about the quality of their service. If you love your hair DO NOT GO HERE.

I am so disappointed with my last experience at Indulgence Salon. Upon leaving, the assistant could not locate my coat and it appeared to be taken by mistake or ultimately stolen. No one ever followed up with me! I called back after the long holiday weekend and asked to speak with the business owner, Dianna, for an update, left a message, and was told she would call me back - NO return call. 3 days later I called again - Dianna takes my call and acknowledges she is aware but does not know what to say. I inquire if video had been reviewed or any clients contacted? She says she will make it a priority to review and call me back - AGAIN no return call!? I started working with Dianna at Indulgence Beauty Bar around 3 months ago. I was looking for a fresh take on my naturally gray mid length hair and, wow, did she deliver! She is brilliant, the color and hi-lights are fantastic! My once dark brown dyed hair is now a lighter brown with lovely golden/caramel color highlights artfully placed. Dianna is a genius!
