All I can say is that I indulged my self !! Thank you so much KEYLA, she was amazing. I haven’t gotten a facial in 4 years. Made me feel so heard and understood, I almost shed tears, left there so much better. I have been to so many places but Anu is the only one who could fix my skin discoloration. In addition to having exceptional knowledge, she is always positive, happy and confident. I got treated with series of IPL, Lasers and chemical peels. And the place is impeccably clean and beautiful. After the results I have, I will highly recommend Anu for any skin treatment.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was disappointing enough that I feel it’s important to share. I purchased a laser package, and due to repeated issues with communication and professionalism, the experience fell far below expectations. From the beginning, the front desk staff were unwelcoming and unprofessional. During my first appointment, the laser treatment was significantly more painful than what I’ve experienced elsewhere, and when I expressed concern, it was brushed off rather than addressed. My next appointment was canceled last minute due to a family emergency, which I understood at the time. I was told I would be contacted to reschedule once the provider returned, but no one ever reached out. Since laser treatments are meant to be done on a monthly schedule
