Indivisual Salon

I went in to get my roots touched up (1 color) I was doing blonde highlight. I added a picture stating it cost $45 dollars no where on the spot where it talks about prices do they state that each lady will charge a different amount. I ended up paying over $100 dollar then added a tip. I had an appointment at 3pm didn’t get in until after 3:30 and was there until 7pm. The whole time the lady barely made conversation and it was a very silent 3 1/2 hours besides the other ladies conversation's. I do like how it turned out she did a good job but severely disappointed on how there prices were. I didn’t even get told the break down of why it cost that much and on my receipt it just said how much instead of the breakdown of charges. Oh a whim I wanted a blowout because I have thick hair. I was able to get in with Ananda the same day and she was great. She gave a great scalp massage and styled my hair how I wanted. Highly recommend Amanda!

I came to this salon because I was afraid to go to a salon inside of a Wal Mart and have a horrible experience. After my experience getting my hair colored here by Jaycee, I wish I had regrets about not going to Wal Mart. The application that was done is just unacceptable. When I reached out to the owner, she told me that they do not offer refunds but that I could come in and have her take a look at it. She also told me that my photos and the "before/after" photos the sytlist took were different (mine were taken in natural light, hers inside the salon at night). I sent her these photos of my hair asking if it was acceptable work from the stylists in her salon and she avoided answering that question, and never did. I did not want to have anyone there "look" at my hair or color it again if t

I was nervous walking into a new place but the reviews talked me into it. As I waited I watched everyone walking out with beautiful I MEAN BEAUTIFUL hair. Like TV personality or model hair. I sat down and let whoever was available cut my hair. I just told her what I don’t like people doing to my hair and she took it from there. Now I have beautiful hair too.

Jaycee is absolutely amazing and so talented. Have been going to her for my lashes for a year. She is the sweetest to visit with and does amazing work. She's also done hair for a few family members and always does a great job! Jaycee is very knowledgeable and works hard to give you exactly what you want. Would recommend this salon and especially Jaycee to anyone! She is the best!
