Beth is great, I’ve dealt with severe foot/ankle pain for almost 20 years. Since starting therapy with her she has assisted in not only pain but mobility! Highly recommend especially if you suffer chronic muscular and joint pain.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Beth and my experience with her today. I've been literally suffering from Frozen shoulder for over 17 months now and it's quite debilitating. I've had pain, restricted movement. I've tried chiropractic care, softwave therapy, and other theraputic massage with little progress or much help. Beth is the first one to actually explain in detail what i was dealing with and truly listened to me, my concerns and my goals. Best massage therapist i’ve had. She ‘s very understanding and patient with my crappy schedule. I was a little skeptical when I first met her because she was kinda small and soft spoken, but she really gets in there and removes those knots man. Good at her job for sure. She’s also very easy to talk to. I particularly like the icy hot on my back at the end. You really leave feeling refreshed and tension free. 100% recommend. Oh and also she works with the VA, fyi to all vets with VA healthcare.

I had a great experience at Elevate Integration Bodyworks! Beth is incredibly knowledgeable and did an excellent job treating areas I’ve been struggling with for a long time. The environment is clean, with good music and a relaxing atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back for more treatments in the future!
