Raynie is such a delight! She takes the time to go through and explain the process. She did a before and after scalp scan and recommended treatments that could help without selling you anything. You can tell she genuinely cares and puts her clients first. I would recommend her to anyone having scalp issues or if you just want to treat yo self. I did the scalp exfoliating and detox and it was very relaxing. I'm definitely planning on going back.

Raynie was so great with my daughter! We tried the childrens headspa service to help with flaky scalp that wasn't going away. I'm so appreciative of the thorough (money saving) education and conversations we had. My daughter says 10 out of 10 recommend!

I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it! During my visit, I received the Halo Signature Head Spa with Raynie, and she was absolutely amazing. Raynie was very kind and respectful when discussing my scalp, never making me feel uncomfortable or self-conscious. She is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Her approach was comforting, reassuring, and very professional. I also appreciated that she showed me examples of different scalp conditions and explained the pros and cons, which helped me better understand my own scalp health. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing. The scalp scrub felt amazing, and the massage was soothing and well done. I left feeling refreshed and with my hair silky smooth.

If I could give more stars I would! I went for a Halo Signature Head Spa with an Add on of 20 min. I've always had very greasy hair and was interested in the bonus of having an issue tackled while relaxing. The space is cute, cozy and super clean. The service is so relaxing; the combination of sweet oils, lighting, music and Raynie's magical touch will have you on cloud nine. Raynie was very sweet, and a complete professional. She gave me recommendations of what products to use when back home to keep my hair healthy. It was my first head spa and I can't wait to return!
