Impression Nails and Spa

This was hands down the worst pedicure experience I’ve ever had. From the beginning, I did not see a clean or freshly sanitized set of tools opened. That immediately made me uncomfortable. During my pedicure, the technician was extremely rough and cut my toenail as if it were ingrown when it was not. I ended up with multiple cuts on my toes. At one point, the nail brush was dropped on the floor and then used to continue scrubbing a toe that had already been dug into and broken skin. The entire service was painful and careless. By the next day, my toe became red, itchy, swollen, and began producing pus, something I have never experienced before and am now having to treat. Unfortunately, my daughter’s manicure was just as bad. Her cuticles were torn to the point of bleeding, and her hands

Went in on Thursday to do a fill & get polish. By the next day my polished started to chip. And on Saturday my polish had bubbles and was coming completely off. The service was good and quick but their polish must be old for it to be coming off that fast.

Kathy took 2 hours to do a simple french tip and was quiet aggressive with my nails, there is glue and acrylic all over the bottom side of my fingers.

Lee did such an amazing pedicure and she made my pedicure look beautiful:) Kim did my fills and again made them thin, beautiful, and feminine just the way I like them. 90% of my visits I’m waiting. Then interrupted a few times during nail appt. Because someone walked in and needed their eyebrows done. Which obviously is more important than me having been in that chair with my visit. This visit did it for me. I had a back to back for a mani pedi, with the same person, Diane, which I requested on my call for this appointment. When she finished with my mani finally she actually started working on another persons pedi. 😡
