Ordered a wig for $180 and I never received it. I have been trying to contact them since November and there has been NO response. Why have an online store just to steal people.money. PayPal said they couldn't even get in contact with this company either and they couldn't give me back my money. I am.so pissed because I got no wig and no money. Do not buy from them. I feel.scammed.

Love it!!! They are open on Sundays which is helpful for last-minute runs lol and both the workers were very engaging with their customers. I asked a gentleman if I should add color or keep it all one color and his advice was helpful. A lady was educating customers upfront on a specific product for dreads and how well it works based on personal experience and general knowledge as well.

Ive only ever bought my wigs from Amazon but not anymore; dont want to support that company any longer. I bought a $40 wig from here today and its PERFECT. Really soft, flowly and affordable. Friendly staff as well! Definitely my number one hair store from here on out.
