Accommodating staff. Friendly to LGBTQ+ Customers. Great service. I will absolutely be returning! Most employees spoke enough English to communicate with me, however my assigned barber in specific seemingly only spoke Spanish. Despite our language barrier, he did PHENOMENAL!! With only 2 reference photos and some guiding hand gestures, he gave me everything I wanted in a haircut AND MORE! He was so skillful and intentional with each and every snippet of his scissors. I wish I knew his name, so I could show gratitude with specifics.. I was worried that I would feel like an outsider in this shop, due to being physically female yet requesting a male haircut, and for solely speaking English. However, I was completely wrong. I felt very welcome and accommodated within Imperio’s Barber Shop.
Enrique definitely hooked me up today before my wedding this saturday, first time visiting, definitely will be back, recommend them anytime to anyone. thank you
