Immersion Experience

Wonderful experience and beautiful spa! Clean, comfortable, quiet, private, and lovely design. My husband and I did a vitality session this morning and we both left feeling like a million bucks! I booked it as a date, and it exceeded my husband’s expectations on a Monday morning. We will be incorporating this experience into our monthly routine and are so excited for future bookings! We also received a valentines gift basket with our session, which was absolutely adorable! 100% recommend-MUST GO!! (Infrared sauna, traditional sauna, cold plunge, hot mineral soak)

Immersion is your sauna dream come true! I’ve been looking for a place like this for several years now. Little did I know I’d find it in Arizona during my summer travels. The place is hip, beautiful and spotless clean. It’s family owned, and Melissa, who runs the show, is amazing! I stayed in Cottonwood for about 3 weeks, and Vitality Room became an integral part of my wellness routine. Detox, relaxation, reduced inflammation, calming of nervous system—there are so many benefits of a good deep sweat and contrast thermal therapy. I would start with a traditional sauna to break a quick sweat, move on to mineral soak followed by a cold plunge, then into infrared sauna. You get complimentary water and electrolytes. One of the best spa experiences we have had. The space is quiet, private, and incredibly relaxing. They have everything — hot tub, cold plunge, steam sauna, and infrared sauna — and all of it is beautifully maintained. The little details really stood out too: comfy hot tub pillows, swimsuit bags, plush robes, nice towels in the sauna, and even double shower heads. You can tell a lot of thought went into creating a really peaceful experience. We will definitely be back! Thanks again!

I am a huge fan of contrast therapy and have gone to all kinds of different studios in LA, Colorado, and London UK (my home). Without a shadow of a doubt this is the best studio I have ever been to. I am so glad I found it! the setup is simply AMAZING, you will see! Traditional sauna, infrared sauna, cold plunge, and a super soothing warm mineral bath. You get the room to yourself and everything is spotlessly clean. Melissa is truly the heart of this place. She’s so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about your experience. She even advised me on what is the best way to use the different temperatures to heal my neck injury and it worked :') I got the 12 session package and look forward to keep coming back!

Our family of four throughly enjoyed the Vitaliy Room. Took turns trying everything there. Never thought a COLD PLUNGE would feel so good. Beautiful place, clean and owner Melissa was very helpful and attentive. We'll be back!
