Have worked with Brandi Redden for several months through multiple procedures - hydrafacials, botox, fillers, and skin resurfacing. During the initial consult, I discussed services the salon offered and requested pricing. Brandi described each option in detail: pricing, recovery, benefits, and potential side effects. When we agreed to a plan, she handed me a printout with pricing. I am pleased with Brandi’s careful attention to detail, knowledge, honesty, and professionalism. She, or a member of her staff, will often call/text to check on me following a procedure. Brandi is welcoming and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Imagine Medspa to friends or family.

I was highly recommended to see Brandi for her services from previous clients. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the opportunity to even start any treatment because she likes to gossip about her clients. I was willing to commute 2 hours for her services but I apparently frustrated her with wanting pricing information and weighing all my options before choosing my route of care when she informed others that our personal conversation gave her the impression I am “bougie on a budget” when in fact No Ma’am I am doing my homework for my health! As a medical professional myself with 16 years experience seek someone who cares about you and treats you with care and respect. New client or not they bring you business and that’s NO WAY to treat someone.

I can’t recommend Brandi and Imagine MedSpa enough. Not only did they work with my schedule before I even got there and were extremely accommodating and responsive, when I arrived they were warm and friendly and the office was clean and well decorated. Brandi evaluated my ask and walked me through every step. She clearly knows what she’s doing, which I can say isn’t always the case when it comes to injectors. She takes her time to make sure she knows what you want and that it will look the best possible. I’ll definitely be back for other services in the future, can’t recommend enough.

Will not use them as they used to be in a different location and moved, I had threads done and one didn’t feel right it hurt! So I called went in and MARISSA had just been hired by Brandi and called her Lied to her said I was complaining and I wasn’t but the thread was hurting me they claimed I got hit by a BUG! The thread infected my face! I have a SCAR to prove it! No contact nothing! Just a nasty text back saying they didn’t everything for me and believing a new hired employee who was o my there not even a month! I have a nice scar on my face now and that’s not the way you do business! Brandi should have at least looked at my face and saw what it was!
