I love this salon, Lexie pampers and listens to her clients. She really considers what her clients want, what their daily lives are like and really tries to make their experience personal. I get so many compliments daily on my hair and I always point people to Lexie, she is so talented and has really made me feel empowered. This place rocks!

Lexi did not tell me that she mixed a different color than we had agreed upon before she put it on. I told her I didn’t like it but she refused to fix it for free or discounted because it had been over one week. I told her once that she cut it too short in the front to wear up in a ponytail, and then she cut it too short again. She said it had to be that short or it wouldn’t look right. She thinks she knows better than the customer.

Have been going here for years. Emily is great at hair color. We are always experimenting with new colors. Pricing is fantastic. Pictures don't do the color justice.

I really wanted to give 5 stars because my consultation, trial and wedding day hair was amazing and they were so helpful and friendly but unfortunately service on my wedding day was lacking. I booked an appointment for 8am as was latest I could do and matched with their open hours. Got confirmation text day before for this time. Arrive 8am day of my wedding, no one is there and lights are off. Decide to go take my sister's makeup slot and hope someone turns up in meantime. Turns out they only opened at 8.30 and no one took note that I'd booked before the time they planned to open (they could have told me when I asked on the phone during booking). They did rearrange their appointments to fit me in once makeup was done but it was luck my makeup artist was at our home at 8.15am for my siste

Lexie does a fantastic job explaining her process, different styling options, and product recommendations. She is an especially great choice for a curly cut. The salon is incredibly welcoming and relaxed. I highly recommend!
