I had to make a down payment for a service that has been rescheduled by her on three separate occasions. After the third reschedule, I was informed that I would need to wait an additional month before the service could be provided. Due to the repeated delays, I requested a refund. It has now been weeks since that request, and I have not yet received my money. Based on my experience, I do not recommend her services and will not be using them again.

I take great comfort in the fact that Rachelle is a Master Medical Aesthetician, with other certifications, this expertise and professional knowledge to better help in my skincare needs. Especially as I “mature”, yet through this, she guides me to what helps my skincare the best. While the Spa is always clean and sanitized when I arrive, it is very comfortable and inviting, a refreshing spot to look forward to at appointment time. I have used Image Studio for 1.5 years while I was living in Texas and let me tell you, they really took care of me. I had bikini waxing and eyebrow waxing done regularly. They also had a great special on laser hair removal, and so I did that through them too (how I miss them since I've moved)!! The staff is kind, courteous, and super professional. They always make sure that you are super aware of your service after care and what to look out for when you're finished. Rachelle was amazing and seeing her quickly became a highlight in my month. They treat their reoccurring customers like family. I would highly recommend them!!!

I have been going to Image Skin Studio for a few years and have never had a bad experience. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing. Rachelle is great! I have had multiple treatments and facials and she always delivers with care. She listens and makes recommendations specific to me and my skincare needs without trying to over sale products or services. Her knowledge and experience shows in every interaction and I highly recommend!

I booked a Brazilian and underarm wax appointment with Priscilla for June 2, 2023. This was by far the best wax that I have had to date. I have been to a few other places and have left with small patches of hair. But this was the smoothest, cleanest wax that I've had with no irritation, just mild redness that was gone by the next day, which is expected. Priscilla was friendly, inviting, and informative. My underarm hair was too short so she suggested that we wait till next time and removed that service from my tab. She asked relevant questions to ensure that I was getting the appropriate service and was sure to prepare me for the "not so fun" areas of the Brazilian. Priscilla is now my new wax tech; super bummed that I found her so late in the game. She is worth every penny!
