I was stunned to see negative feedback posted regarding my truly talented hairdresser of 10 years Joni! I’m very picky when it comes to my hair, so I have a standing appointment with Joni every week so that my hair always looks it’s best! She colors, cuts, and highlights my hair perfectly. Joni makes you feel so comfortable, is patient, and listens intently to make absolutely sure she understands your wishes. I 100% recommend Joni for all your hair needs and then get ready for compliments galore!

I usually only use Google reviews to highlight positive experiences—but today I feel extremely frustrated, upset, and disappointed. I feel like my rights as a customer were completely disregarded. I came into the salon and showed Johnny a photo of exactly what I wanted. I clearly said, “I don’t like looking blonde—I want my hair exactly like the picture.” Despite this, she gave me a much blonder color than what I requested. I told her right away, “This is not the color I want.” Her attempted to fix it, but what I ended up with is what you’ll see in the second photo (my right-hand side). It looks nothing like what I asked for. I left the salon with a color I hate, feeling unheard and disappointed. To make matters worse, I paid $240 and my hair wasn’t even properly dried—it was still soak

Joni helped me when my previous hairdresser of 10 years canceled my appt the night before and left to work out of her home 20 miles further away. Joni was very helpful with my color, highlights & styling. I'm glad I found her. She got me back on track.

I have been going to this salon for at least 8 yrs. now. Melinda is my stylist & she truly is amazing. She is an artist. Being a master colorist & stylist w/extensive experience & skills, I leave the driving to her‼️ She always exceeds expectations. It is truly difficult to find someone w/these skills & experience that you can trust w/all needs & concerns. She is also amiable & so professional in her pleasant demeanor.
