What an overpriced ripoff. They get two stars because place looks clean, has an upscale aesthetic, the staff is friendly, and they have a good command of the English language, and the pedicure was great. I went on Memorial Day, as I correctly presumed it wouldn’t be busy. The woman gave me an EXCELLENT pedi, but rushed through my acrylic fill-in and color gel polish. She wasn’t paying attention several times, and burnt the side of several fingers with the dremmel. There’s quite a noticeable distance between my cuticle and the acrylic/polish. She left my cuticles all jagged and dry, not bothering to even apply oil or cream to them. The polish is sloppy, and that’s AFTER I asked her to clean them up. Excellent! I moved to the area about two years ago and was looking for nail salon for gel fills! I tried a couple and wasn't a fan but once I went to Image Nails in Jackson, I kept going! They are great with appointments, have a ton of color choices and the best price. I would totally recommend :)

I am not one to leave reviews, however I am so unhappy with my nails. I got a gel with tips (I wanted acrylic but she seemed like she wouldn’t do my nails if I didn’t choose to do gel. Gel costs more than acrylic, and all their regular polish is so old, I think they talk everyone out of getting it. I got cut 4 times, and continued to get cut. She then didn’t clean up the excess polish around my nails. On top of that, my lady didn’t listen when I was explaining how I wanted the design. It looks like I did it myself completely, the gel and the design.. Whoever did my friends nails did an amazing job tho, this picture is of mine. Not good.

Amazing nail salon- amazing service!!! My manicures and pedicures are always perfect♥️ The owners and staff go above and beyond every time!

Terrible. Went in and asked for a fill with just a single color this would usually be $35. Instead the lady ripped all of my nails out, rushed didn't use the proper products and did my nails for $60. I asked for a fill and not a set. Never coming back. These are nails are NOT worth $60.
