This was my 13 year old daughter’s first time getting braids and it truly was an awesome experience. The location was easy to find, and as soon as we walked in, we were greeted with friendly voices and smiles at 8am in the morning. I (as the parent) felt welcomed and attended to as they immediately offered us a seat and notified the beautician of my daughter’s arrival. Ashley was amazing! She was very friendly, gave updates of her braiding service along the way, and in my daughter’s own words, “…gave me the best hair washing I’ve ever had!” Lol. She also provided a personalized consultation based on my daughter’s hair type, length, and color, and information on how to best maintain and care for her braids. This was my 15 yr old daughter’s first time getting a formal style, and Ashley did an amazing job! She was super attentive to my daughter and gave her the style identical to the Pinterest inspo pic we showed her. Everyone in the salon is extremely nice and welcoming, and offered us refreshments several times during my daughter’s appointment. When we walked out my daughter said, “I am never letting anyone but Ashley touch my hair ever again!” 😂

I went to the Glen Allen location but I didn’t see where to review that location on google. The center is beautifully decorated, extremely clean and is in a great location with ample parking. The staff is extremely friendly and very kind. They’re an absolute gem to the RVA area and they have several talented beauty artist that will cover all of your needs from hair, skin/makeup to nails.

I’ve been here three times once was yearsss ago and I went back renceny and literally just went back yesterday every one of those ladies are professional and fun to be around they get their styles done fast and it looks great! Prices are affordable as well for the services you get! Book IEC!!!
