Cindy is not only professional, but affordable too. My first time getting my lashes done was at Ilash Honolulu Studio, and I just finished my refill appointment. Cindy always goes above and beyond to ensure I have a comfortable experience. I especially love that Ilash Honolulu Studio has evening and weekend hours and does bottom lashes!!

I had an amazing experience at Lash Honolulu Studio! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The studio itself is clean, beautifully decorated, and has a calming atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The results were stunning, going there again 😍

I’ve been going to her for about a year and have always tipped for every service, both in cash and via Venmo. Recently, I was unable to make it to an appointment due to a major freeway closure caused by a serious accident in which the freeway was shut down. I notified her as soon as I became aware that the freeway was shut down and waited in traffic for 3 hours which inevitably I didnt make it to town in time. Despite this being completely out of my control, I was still charged a $20 cancellation fee. I understand having policies in place, but this situation felt disappointing given the circumstances being out of my control.

I’ve been here three times. I really love this place, Cindy always does a good job. She is a perfectionist and takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. I’ve been to other places and my lashes would fall off in a week, Cindy’s is still on after one month. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Cindy will be the only place I get my lashes done !

You won't find another lash tech that take as much pride in their work as Cindy. She's very attentive to what I want and my lashes always last over a month. If you're in search of an experience lash tech, I promise you won't be disappointed with Cindy.
